I just talked with my sister and her friend they pronounced it "Why". I was baffled when I heard that people even at Best Buy were somehow calling the console this. I surely doubt this is happening elsewhere. I said no way, it's always been pronounced the "wee". That's why there's so many jokes about it :P Funny that it could be mistaken for that.
